The trail head kiosks at both Marne and Conklin were re-roofed by the Friends of the Musketawa Trail on Sunday, September 18th, 2016. Funds for the project were provided by the Michigan DNR and the Friends of the Musketawa Trail. The Ravenna trail head kiosk was re-roofed and repainted in 2015.
The Gold Spike Trail Tour III took place this past weekend (Saturday, May 28th) on the Fred Meijer Pioneer Trail and the Musketawa Trail. Starting Monday April 25th, there will be brush cutting along the Musketawa Trail in Ottawa County. Portions of the trail will be CLOSED while Ottawa County Parks and Recreation makes the trail safer for users.
